Lessons Learned

Another initiative undertaken in line with enhancing project management excellence in this company is the establishment of knowledge management in projects with a focus on documenting experiences and lessons learned by all units' personnel. Creating and maintaining a comprehensive management system in knowledge management topics enables the organization to anticipate and overcome potential problems, given the nature of activities, or prevent a similar event from occurring. Additionally, it empowers the organization to continue its projects effectively. In this regard, Sarvak Azar Engineering and Development Company has taken steps to empower the organizational knowledge base by establishing, implementing, and maintaining a knowledge management system.

The organization's knowledge management system, inspired by successful global models, has undertaken the task of documenting lessons learned in both managerial and technical domains.
