The Human Resources department is committed to adapting policies aimed at retaining qualified and motivated experts over the necessary period to ensure the achievement of development goals.

For training and developing human resources, a competency model—designed by local experts and specifically customized for SAED—has been in use since the beginning of the project activities. Its goal is to enhance both the behavioral and functional competencies of personnel, and fostering harmonious progress at all levels toward project objectives.

The compensation plan developed and implemented within the company aims to improve personnel motivation and facilitate the recruitment of specialized professionals across various fields. This is particularly important given the highly competitive nature of the labor market.

SAED’s approach to managing motivation serves as another valuable tool to support HR initiatives and boost productivity.
