This program is designed specifically for teenagers aged 13 to 18, creating an engaging and interactive experience and providing an opportunity for them to become familiar with the processes, roles, and organizational responsibilities of their parents.
At the beginning of the event, the head of the HR department delivered a welcome speech in which the teenagers were presented with SARVAK AZAR’s mission as a company active in the country’s oil and gas industry, and the purpose of organizing the event was explained to them.
The participants were introduced to the details of the development of the Azar oil field by watching a recorded video clip showing the activities of personnel working at the site located in Ilam, west of the country. The director of the surface engineering department, Kambiz Pejman, provided relevant explanations about the details of the work at the site. The scope of activities in the upstream area of the oil and gas industry was explained to the attendees. Finally, he answered the questions raised by the participants.
Then, interactive and participatory activities, including group games and competitions aimed at strengthening social skills, teamwork, creativity, and the development of soft skills, were conducted by Dr. Morteza Rostami, a prominent sociologist and consultant on organizational culture and communications for the company. The competitive games included defining business scenarios to stimulate creative management ideas and collaborative construction of various models (civil structures, etc.), which were evaluated by the judges; the winning team was identified and appreciated.
This event, while creating a positive and lasting experience for the company’s future generation, is also considered a strategic measure in the field of social responsibility and talent development. Commemorative photos and documentation of the program moments reinforced the value of learning and organizational interaction for the participants.
SARVAK AZAR always believes that human capital is the most valuable asset of the organization. Hence, programs that strengthen, develop, and maintain the motivation of employees and their families play a key role in improving the company’s performance.
