A key event on the last day was the signing of an agreement for a laboratory studies project between SARVAK AZAR and the Oil Industry Research Institute. The agreement was signed by Hamidreza Tavassoli, CEO of SARVAK AZAR, and Azim Kalantari, director of the Oil Industry Research Institute. Following the signing, laboratory studies and field consulting were outlined to resolve production problems in the Azar oil field across various sections, with the aim of promoting exploitation and improving production performance under the “call out model.” The signing took place in the presence of senior oil executives, including Mehdi Abouri, CEO of Afdad Investment Company, Hossein Hosseinzadeh, chairman of the board of directors of Oil Pension Funds, and Azim Kalantari. SARVAK AZAR’s booth hosted Hamid Bord, CEO of the National Iranian Oil Company, Mehdi Aboori, CEO of Ahdaf Investment Company, and a group of senior upstream managers.
Overall, the exhibition, with domestic and foreign participation, showcased the authority and technical and engineering capabilities of the Iranian oil industry and signaled a hopeful path toward the industry’s long-term goals, with SARVAK AZAR reaffirming its influence and momentum for the Azar oil field development.
