According to the Public Relations Department of Sarvak Azar Company, the meeting between the chairman of the board of directors of the Ahdaf Investment Group and senior managers of Sarvak Azar Engineering and Development Company was held yesterday.
Mehrdad Mohamadi, the chairman of the BOD of Ahdaf Investment Group marked the achievements of the first phase of the development of the Azar Oilfield at the meeting. He reiterated the need to continue supporting the programs of the second phase of this project. The meeting was attended by senior managers of Sarvak Azar Engineering and Development Company and the Azar Field Development Operations Company (AFD).
At the beginning of the meeting, Hamidreza Tavassoli, the CEO of Sarvak Azar Engineering and Development Company, welcomed the attendees and explained the complexities of geology and drilling operations in the first phase of the Azar oil field development, emphasizing the unmatched roles of domestic engineering capabilities and technical realization, the use of local experts, and the significant volume of investment made in this phase. He then introduced the senior managers present at the meeting.
Reviewing the successes and achievements of the first phase of the project, the CEO called for the continued support of the Board of Directors of Ahdaf, as in previous years, to advance the goals and plans of the second phase of the field development. The CEO considered such support a determining factor in the realization of the project's future plans.
Behzad Valipour, the CEO of AFD, provided some explanations about the timeframe of the second phase and the main axes of its activities that include drilling operations and well exploitation.
In another part of this interactive meeting, other senior managers present explained the challenges, opportunities and requirements facing the second phase such as the recruitment of specialized personnel, timely provision of essential goods and equipment, HSE considerations, corporate social responsibility (CSR) of the company, and other common challenges in oil industries.
In conclusion, Mehrdad Mohammadi called for the compilation and presentation of a comprehensive report on the challenges raised and the clarification of the horizons ahead, considering the continuation of such constructive meetings and interactions. Emphasizing the necessity of increasing productivity with a focus on human capital, he noted that the organization's human resources require a favorable environment for the growth and development of talents, and emphasized the need to recruit and employ domestic elites as one of the organization's strategic priorities.
At the end of his speech, the chairman of the BOD of Ahdaf Investment Group appreciated the attendees for their presence and support in the meeting and expressed hope that such continuous interactions would pave the way for the fastest realization of the intended goals and strengthening the status of this national project in the country's oil industry.
