According to SARVAK AZAR’s public relations department, the company has taken an effective and charitable step in line with its social responsibilities by providing essential medical and health items needed by EB patients. These items are distributed by EB House on a monthly basis.
SARVAK AZAR has taken this measure to alleviate the concerns of these patients and their family members by providing a portion of the financial resources required by them. These aids include the provision of necessary medicines, medical equipment, and special clothing to protect the sensitive skin of these patients.
Hamidreza Tavassoli, CEO of SARVAK AZAR, explained the company’s charitable activities in the field of social responsibilities. He noted that SAED would spare no effort to help patients suffering from epidermolysis bullosa. He underlined that SARVAK AZAR intends to make life a bit easier for these people by providing material and spiritual assistance, and it is hoped that the continuation of these measures will be effective and useful in promoting health and improving the living conditions of these patients.
EB House, as the only non-profit, voluntary, and non-governmental organization with a nationwide license to operate, identifies EB patients and supports them. EB House has succeeded in improving the quality of life and life expectancy of such patients by educating them on proper care. The institute has managed to collect donations from philanthropists and donors inside and outside the country to cover some parts of the high costs of treating this disease. It has established connections with responsible institutions and organizations for this purpose as well. Currently, more than 1,100 patients are supported by EB House and receive monthly allowances for medicines, dressings, and medical treatments. They are provided with support to cover their living expenses.
