Dear colleagues and esteemed companions,
Loyal and hardworking companions! Thirteen years have passed since the seed of a bold idea was planted in the heart of the soil of reality; the seed that, with the watering of commitment, knowledge and perseverance, has become a thriving tree today, and its shadow has spread over the country's oil industry, and its fruits are hope and prosperity for the current and future generations. Over these thirteen years, we have not only built a company, but also been an embodiment of desire, purpose and determination.
We have learned that the path to growth is not a smooth path, but a road filled with rocks of challenges, doubts and transformations. But in the heart of every challenge, there is a spark of opportunity, and in the heart of every obstacle, the path to progress is hidden. In these turbulent times, when economic, social and other conditions test our will and belief, we embrace difficulties with commitment and determination; because we believe that real growth could only be achieved in the shadow of accepting sufferings, making bold decisions and having continuous movement. Such continuity is promising and inspiring for the development of our homeland and the cause of disappointment for our sworn enemies.
We are standing firm but were not static; rather, we are moving on the path of conscious development. On the verge of entering our thirteenth anniversary in the most special conditions of the last decades of our beloved country, we are proud to announce the start of a national and strategic project, i.e., the second phase of the development of the Azar oilfield; a plan that will not only be a new chapter in the history of our company but also an important step in the development of the country's gorgeous oil industry. This project is a manifestation of faith in Iranian power and a sign of our organizational maturity at a level beyond the usual boundaries.
Undoubtedly, no achievement is possible without collective empathy and sacrifice. What has brought us to this point is not merely the structures and capitals, but also the great spirit of the men and women who, believing in high ideals, stood together and built this beautiful and magnificent building brick by brick.
Today, with the experience of the past and looking to the future, we will renew our pledge to develop our homeland more than ever.
