Following the successful experience and positive feedback from the first round of this program in September of the current year, SARVAK AZAR welcomed the enthusiastic children of its staff aged eight to twelve.
The event began with a speech by the head of the HR department, in which he presented the company’s activities and the role of its staff in its development, providing a basis for the children to become more familiar with their parents’ work environment.
Then, game-based workshops were led by Dr. Morteza Rostami, a sociologist and a consultant to the company. The activities were designed to challenge the children’s abilities in teamwork, concentration, and creativity. They not only created happy and memorable moments but also helped strengthen the participants’ skills.
Finally, to foster healthy competition and a desire for the children to succeed, some friendly competitions were held, and the top teams were rewarded with awards.
SARVAK AZAR considers holding this event an important step toward strengthening the bond between family and the workplace, as well as introducing the future generation to the company’s organizational culture. We hope to see the continuation of such useful and effective programs in the future.
